Event Reflections
"I was surprised by how much I enjoyed interacting with others from different generations"
"I learned that the best answers aren't the first answers, and are best brought about by a collaboration of people"
"I was surprised by the degree of thoughtfulness of the youngest members of the group"
"I learned that good (or at least promising) ideas can come out of being completely silly about ideas."
"I was surprised by how receptive and engaged everyone was"
"There was great circularity to your project in that the actual engagement of people of different generations in problem solving demonstrated to them the value of doing this."
Overall, how much did you enjoy the event?
Were my goals met?
I met someone from another generation I wouldn't have otherwise met
I learned about the Think Wrong process and how it can be a great problem solving tool
I thought hard about a problem I hadn't previously considered
I learned and tried a new problem solving approach that made me think differently
I found a new appreciation for someone of a different generation
I built off of someone else's idea
Someone built off of my idea
I discovered something new about myself
I laughed
I had fun working with other people on a challenge
I felt challenged
I felt frustrated
I ate yummy snacks
I'm glad I went

What could the event leader have done to help you have a better experience?
"It would have been cool to have more people."
"Maybe just a little more discussion of context - what are our biases toward the 'right way to think' - to enhance our self-awareness of how we're accustomed to thinking. We know trial and error, brain storming, what is this "thinking wrong?"
"I'm not sure - you did a pretty good job of facilitating and managing the flow of the event; you also did a good job of making sure people felt included."
